about me

As someone born and raised in Los Angeles, I am familiar with resources in the area that can help support your healing process. Due to my own experience competing in professional sports, I bring a level of personal understanding when working with athletes. Many of the issues that arise in athletics are quite universal such as pressure, performance, anxiety, identity, and life transitions. I am a deeply curious person who believes in the healing power of human connection. I am a culturally sensitive therapist and use a systemic approach to contentextualize how your family system, community, and worldview affect your mental health. My goal is to help you harness the power you already possess to live a life that reflects your values.
