Children, adolescents, young adults, and athletes often find their way to my practice. I utilize a blend of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy, along with elements of humor and play. Other theories I pull from are Existentialism, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and parts work. I use a collaborative approach and individually tailor interventions to support you on your own unique journey toward healing.

When working with your children, I emphasize a strength-based approach. I may implement games, art, music, and movement to help them express their thoughts and feelings through mediums that may feel more comfortable and familiar to them. I value the importance of celebrating children’s uniqueness and do so in my practice by creating a safe and warm environment that encourages them to let their light shine.
